Introduction to Breathwork

The Breath Introduction MP3 is intended for clients who want to practice the connected breathing at home. The first track has and introduction followed by 10 minutes of connected breath. The second track has 10 minutes of connected breath without the introduction. Please follow along for as long as you can maintain ease in your breath pattern. For example, do it for a minute or two if my breath sounds too fast, then slowly build up from there. You can also listen to a song of your choice while maintaining the connected breath. The goal is to practice this process to keep your breathing open between breath sessions.

Breathwork Meditation

This Breathwork Meditation audio is intended for more experienced connected breathers. The first track has a 10 minute meditation of slowly breathing and moving your awareness into every part of the body, starting at the feet moving to the head. The second track has 20 minutes of connected breathing. Please be aware that you could begin to feel tingling and light-headed. At this stage, continue according to your comfort level. If uncomfortable, roll on to your stomach and slow down your breath. Please call me with any questions.
