These restrictions in the breath are related to suppressed emotions and stuck energy learned from childhood and any experience of overwhelm. I would love to help you release that once and for all.
I guide my clients through the tension they’ve built up by “coping” in the unconscious ways they learned. Together, we build new breath patterns and a healthy relationship to self.
